This option, available for an additional fee of 5.00€ per person at checkout, allows you to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your tour or experience and receive a 100% refund. For example, if your tour is scheduled to start at 08:00 AM on a Tuesday, and you cancel at 08:00 AM on Monday, you will receive a full refund of the initial price, thanks to the Flexi Refund option. This option is designed to provide peace of mind for those whose plans are more fluid, ensuring that you can book with confidence knowing that you have the flexibility to adapt as needed.
